Illuminator is apart of my root women series.

Root women is a series dedicated to the many different expressions of the gifts of the Sacred Feminine.

For me the Sacred Feminine is the life giver, cultivator of a thriving balanced life for all and keeper of the mystery.

Illuminator celebrates the power of release. She encourages us to release so we may bloom.

She remains faceless to helps each of us to move past our Ego’s identity into the light of our own soul knowing.

I believe it is here we can receive reflections of that which awaits to reveal itself. This level of reveling is held at the highest love, thus it has no agenda. It remain true to it’s purpose to reveal the beauty within. It is through this beauty we can begin to recreate or create our world

Guardian as been a guide post over the last 6 years.

This is where the Red symbol first began to appear.

Over this I have learned that for me it is a centering , a navigating symbol.

Every time I paint it, I feel a return of energy, a reweaving back into my core.

We all have guidepost, or touchstones in our life.

I am a lover of the stars and the night sky, this painting has assist me in staying present as I a dream with the night sky.

I hung it in my bedroom for the longest time, and as I wold awake my eyes would rest upon it and weave the night’s dreaming into words.

Change was a painting that has gone through many metaphoric changes. It was painting that began with the focal point of honoring the healing medicine held within the element of fire and earth .

Years ago I had an experience with Isis, and I was afraid of her, I was surprised by the level of this fear. I realized there was apart of my own fire that I had a deep unnamed fear around. This fear was essential on helping me navigate my own spiritual path, it became a gateway for me to walk through to reconnect to the power of creation.

I had not known Isis, it was over the years I worked on this painting, I become to love her, and love the gift of change, the fire component and it’s relationship with earth.

She has lead me through many initations with Fire and I continue to gain love and understanding around not only the medicine of change, but also the gift of inner perspective sight.

Messenger is part of my Ganesh series of paintings. I love Ganesh. Every fall I find my self in my studio connecting and painting Ganesh.

It becomes a mindful practice of resetting, feels like a protective moment around new beginnings.

This level of protection often relates to protecting thy self from my own form of self sabotage.

Messenger address the need to be mindful about the energy of Pride. To be able to let go of value based in status, to watch for a boos ful mind, and to remember the power of impermanence.
